They had a reasonable rate and bbq which they invited us to beds were comfy and room was clean
The staff and owner try very hard to make your stay worthwhile. They do have amenities for extended stay guests. Great location if you work in bath, boothbay and/or looking to be near the water and pay a decent rate per night. However, if you have At&t, t-mobile or sprint you will not have good reception. Also, their wifi is a bit weak and they don't have landline service if you really need to make an urgent call to family or employers.
